I made this for the Round Robin I am hosting over at Scraps of Darkness. I used the Scraps of Darkness April Foundations kit.
The challenge for this month's round robin was to use a picture that was at least 5 years old and to make your own flowers. When I was digging through my old pics, I had to chuckle when I came across this one. I was astounded by how "happy" we all looked.
The following flower I made using the tutorial Irene Tan (Scrapperlicious) has posted on her blog. I love how they look like the Prima Tea Roses and they really were pretty easy to make. http://scrapperlicious.blogspot.com/2010/10/twisted-rose.html
The flower in the lower right corner I made using some 7 gypsies tape I had and just followed the directions from Tim Holtz's blog. http://timholtz.typepad.com/my_weblog/2011/04/tissue-tape-ideas-giveaway.html
Thanks for stopping by :)
